What's the exact translation of the Russian word 'пусть'?
Can you give me some examples?

'пусть' means let.
Пусть будет как ты хочешь. = Let it be the way you want.
Пусть она скажет. = Let her speak.

But the word будет means will in Russian, right?
So, the phrase Пусть будет как ты хочешь. literaly means Let will as you want?

That's correct.
There is some trick here with the word будет.

the verb быть= to be, to exist

It can be used as axillary verb to indicate the future tense.
For example:
Я буду обедать. = I will have lunch.

The verb будет also can be used on its own, like in the example above:
Пусть будет как ты хочешь. = Let it be the way you want.
Things don't look logical when you encounter something you don't have in your own language. crazy
