This question refers to book READING RUSSIAN.

Example answer given:
Кто это? Это пчела.
Кто то? То кот.

But should this be the correct answer:
Что это? Это пчела.
Что то? То кот.

Reason: Objects referred to are things, not people.

Hi Donna,
In Russian when you talk about living things, you should use the question кто, not что.
Что is used for inanimate objects, therefore this dialoguue is correct.
