| In Russia you would call me Ольга Викторовна, if you are my student (first +patronymic)
If you are not my student and I am not your boss, the rule is: If a person is older than me (me parent's age) they would call me with the first name Оля. If a person is my kid's age they can call me тётя Оля or Ольга Викторовна (depends on the relationship)
Tip for a foreigner :In order to be on the safe side just ask a person: "How should I address you?" The person will let you know. Otherwise it can be really tricky.
